Important: 2025 pick-ups are available to Seattle customers only. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to your total cost. All updates posted on our website and sent via email. We do not ship this product.
Since final salmon prices aren't determined until the fishing season ends in August, we estimate costs based on last year's market value and this year's operational expenses. Note: 6–8 oz portions cost approximately 10% more than fillets. Bulk discounts apply to all 20-lb boxes. We're committed to keeping sustainable seafood accessible while maintaining quality.
